Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully as your order is only accepted on the basis that you agree to these terms and conditions, there are NO exceptions.
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You have 14 days from the date you received the goods to inform us that you wish to return the goods, and then an additional 14 days from when you have informed us until the goods need to be sent back.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) to us at the address below and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so.

Sorry, but we can't refund the carriage costs for unwanted items. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.
Return of faulty items
In the unlikely event of being sent a faulty item please email us and return it to the above address with a description of the fault. Where an item has been returned and is proved faulty within 14 days of purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.
Non Delivery or Lost Orders
Orders will not be considered lost in shipping until they have been missing for at least five days for UK deliveries or 20 days for International deliveries. Additionally, you may be required to check with your local postal service or couriers before any replacement is sent. You will also be required to assist us in making a claim against the delivery company.
Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card/paypal).
We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. Sorry, but we won't be able to refund your return postage cost for an exchange.
All our items are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents can sometimes happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please inform the courier if applicable and if you are accepting the item note on the couriers manifest that the package was damaged and contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address if required.

All prices are displayed in GBP (Great Britain Pound Sterling). You can select to display prices in Euros or US $. Prices displayed in Euros or US Dollars are an indication only, based on the current exchange rate, your payment card will be billed in GBP.
Your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to any third party outside of Autolink UK Ltd.

We will deal with any complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner within 5 working days. We will keep you informed about the progress and timescale to resolve any dispute.
These terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of the goods and services you order, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and Autolink UK Ltd. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
