Used P.C.V. (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) Valve for Mazda MX-5 & Roadster mk2 1.8 Sport only, 1998-2000.

This is the one with the right angle bend in the pipe. 

Goes in the rubber hose from the rocker cover (right hand side) to the inlet manifold chamber.
