Used Mazda MX5 & Eunos Roadster mk1 Momo steering wheel boss.

Note that this will fit Momo steering wheels but not Nardi wheels.

It has the allen screws to attach the wheel, the horn wire, the rubber cover and the horn push adaptor plate, but not the horn push or wheel itself.
