New, uprated hood frame spring, right hand, Mazda MX5 mk2.5.

This spring helps to pull the rear two bars on the soft top together when the hood is being folded down, this stops the hood fabric from getting trapped between the bars and wearing through.

Mazda introduced these uprated springs in 2001.
