New, genuine Mazda MX-5 & Eunos Roadster mk1, 1989 to Sep-1995, PAS return pipe to rack.  The one that comes from the bottom of the column and goes along the front of the steering rack. This is the one that connects to a rubber hose that goes back to the reservoir tank. This often rusts through causing leaks.
