If you call us to place an order, the order MAY be processed that day. Most days telephone orders are only taken to the dispatch area twice a day, at Noon and 17:00.

You will receive emails notifying you of your order status - these emails may contain tracking information.

ORDER STATUS

Processing - we have received your order and it is being processed. If you have ordered for collection in person - this DOES NOT mean it is available for collection.

Dispatched - we have dispatched your order and you should expect your order in accordance with our estimated delivery times below. There may be tracking information in this email.

Available for Collection - Your order is available to be collected.

Held - Your order is held. This email will detail the reason for the hold.

Failed / Cancelled - The order has been cancelled or failed. The email will detail the reason for the cancellation or failure.



DISPATCH TIMES

We try and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day or if after 12:00 the next working day after the order has been placed. Emails will be sent on dispatch, please check these as they may contain tracking information.

A "working" day is Monday to Friday. In most areas of the UK mainland you can opt for Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please check for those postal codes included in Highlands and Islands.

We currently ship 99% of orders within one working day.

It is possible to arrange collection of items ordered here BUT collection is only avaialble once an "Available for Collection" email has been sent.

NOTE: Large or bulky orders (seats, bumpers etc) are not normally shipped on Fridays or Mondays. 

DELIVERY TIMES

NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICES

Working Days are Monday to Friday, excludes English public holidays.

Delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK, between 5 and 8 working days to mainland Europe, between 7 and 14 working days to the USA and between 7 and 21 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the destination.

However, you should allow 28 days for delivery outside of the UK as items may be held in Customs either pending payment of any duty or taxes or they may just be awaiting clearence.

The delivery cost includes packaging.

Generally, items weighing less than 2kg are sent by First Class Royal Mail and items over 2kg are sent by Courier, but this is not always the case.

We use UPS, TNT or Parcel Force as our Couriers and Pallet-Line if your items are sent by pallet.

If you'd prefer a particular courier, make sure you indicate that to us immediately you have placed the order. However, there may be an additional cost.

These Couriers WILL require signature and are NOT permitted to leave the item without a signature.

We're sorry but we cannot give you the estimated time of delivery, most of our Couriers say anytime between 07:30 and 19:30. You will receive an email from UPS, TNT or ParcelForce, please check it as it contains the tracking information. We usually send these items on a next working day service but that is dependant upon your location and the available services in your area.

UPS have Collection Points in thousands of locations through-out the UK. There is generally one within two miles of where the delivery address. Where no-one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, UPS may, at it's discretion, take the package to a Collection Point. Please check your tracking information. If you register for with UPS you can manage your deliveries from UPS automatically. Please check the UPS website for details.

NEXT DAY SERVICE - NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE

Our "Next Day Service" ONLY applies to orders placed before 12:00 (Noon). Next Day is defined as Next Working Day. This service will use Royal Mail Special Delivery or one of our Couriers. A signature WILL be required. This applies to ALL UK Mainland areas.  

We will try and get any order placed on the Next Day Service dispatched if it is placed after the Noon deadline.

If an order is made at after the 12:00 deadline on Thursday then the next working day service means delivery should be expected Monday. If you require delivery Saturday then you must specify and pay for Saturday delivery.

A signature WILL be required. This applies to ALL UK Mainland areas. Orders will be delivered by 13:00 on the next working day. Please check your dispatch email for tracking information. 

We will try and get any order placed on the Next Day 13:00 Service dispatched if it is placed after the Noon deadline.

These deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery OR Parcel Force AM service. These services are not available to all UK Postal Codes. 

These services is ONLY available to UK Mainland addresses.

Generally tracking numbers are contained in your dispatch email or will be emailed separately by the Couriers and Royal Mail.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Where goods are returned to us because you, the customer, did not collect the package from our delivery agent, for whatever reason. We reserve the right to charge for delivery again. The minimum fee shall be £10.00 including VAT or the actual charged.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 2KG

We require a contact telephone number to ship items internationally by Courier. If you do not supply a telephone number your order may be delayed. Some Europian countries are not part of the EEC for delivery purposes. Please contact us for details. Excluded countries include Norway.

We can offer Express Delivery to these areas. This is available in the delivery options. See below for more details.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY

International Express Delivery is available online. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you require a quotation for International Express Delivery, please email us with details of your order AND the address including post-code where you would like the items shipped. Note: A contact telephone number is required for our Express International Services.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES

For items sent outside of the EEC Tax Area, we will not charge VAT. However, you will be liable for any local taxes and customs duties or charges at the destination country.
