We try and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day or if after 12:00 the next working day after the order has been placed.

Delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK, within 5 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the destination. However, please allow 28 days for delivery outside of the UK. The delivery cost includes packaging

Generally, items weighing less than 2kg are sent by Royal Mail and items over 2kg are sent by courier.

For items sent outside of the EEC we will not charge VAT but you will be liable for any local taxes and customs charges at the destination country.
