Used Mazda MX5 or Eunos Roadster 1.8 mk2 1998 - 2000 BP4W cylinder head, pressure tested and re-faced.  With valves and cams.

No exchange required, it is very rare that these heads can be reconditioned once they've been overheated, so if yours has been overheated, it's most likely scrap, sorry.
