New, genuine Mazda rear splined adjuster for the rear brake caliper, Mazda MX5 1989-2005 (but not mk2.5 Sport). 

This is the adjuster that is hidden behind the bolt on the rear of the caliper, it has an allen key head and is used to wind the piston in and out when replacing pads.
