Boot / luggage rack, Mazda MX-5 mk1, mk2 & some other cars.

This rack has marine varnished hardwood slats to put the luggage on, giving a more classic look.

Aftermarket item, made in England, easy to fit and remove.  Note this will NOT fit cars with a rear spoiler or the mk3 MX-5 (2005 on). It clamps on the side edges of the boot lid and has rubber feet to protect the paintwork.  Width (side to side) 89cm, depth (front to rear) 38cm, height (above boot lid) 10cm.

This will also fit other cars, such as BMW Z3, Triumph TR, Fiat Barchetta, Morris Minor, Peugeot 206 CC, Nissan Figaro, etc.

Note, if you are planning to use this rack at high speed or with large items on it, we recommend that an extra fitting bracket is ordered at the same time.  This can be used to attach the forward edge of the rack to the leading edge of the boot lid to stop it from sliding back.
