JDM aftermarket Blitz Electric Scramble Boost Controller, with cabling but no instructions.  Used part.

We don't actually know what it does, but it has 3 buttons, marked 'Power', 'Lo/Hi' and 'Scramble' and 4 knobs, 'Lo', 'Hi', 'SB' & 'ST'.

What you see pictured is what you get, there is no vacuum pipe with the unit.
